the ELEVATOR PITCH
She’s a coffee shop, she’s a grab-n-go market, she’s a hang-out-working-space all in one (!!). She’s located in the center of The Village Dallas, a resorts-style living property of 7,000+ multi-family residences (what a cool concept?!). What I immediately fell in love with was the variety of seating spaces available for you to choose from, so you can easily find a little corner that’s perfect for your occasion and just cozy up for hours!

A couple of menu shoutouts—they provide #craftcoffee (we’re talking house roasted beans), really great croissants, pastries, etc. by Doughregarde’s Bake Shop, and also light bites like sandwiches and salads. Again, great for all moods and hours of the day.
& here’s what I got!
sharing my honest reviews 👇

Horchata Nitro: house made using their cold brew and horchata, then funneled through their nitro machine. The flavors were so perfect! I could taste the horchata without losing the cold brew, and vice versa. (rating: 10/10)

Ham & Cheese Croissant: made by Doughregarde's (viennoiserie & bakery that uses Buzz & Bustle’s commissary kitchen), this was phenomenally buttery with the laminated dough layers shattering into a million shards with every bite 🤤 There was a good portion of ham, so I could taste it pretty well, but the inside was cavernous. 😢 (rating: 8.5/10)

a postcard from Dallas, Texas
Here’s the second postcard from my Texas gallivant from a couple of months ago, with all things Dallas eat drink and sightseeing (if you missed the first one, it was on San Antonio)! Sharing this in case you need inspiration (or just a starting point) for any trip that takes you to Dallas.
