the ELEVATOR PITCH
To date, this is the crunchiest, crispiest schnitzel I've ever had while also being so flavorful, moist, and TENDER. We also got the light beer mixed with a basil lemonade. It absolutely blew my mind. I could drink it with every meal, and without a meal, frankly! (Our other dish was a hearty pork knuckle (Knusprige ½ Haxe), which had a nicely fried skin with two sides of knödel.)
But what took this restaurant over the edge? The jaw-dropping fact that Paulaner Bräuhaus seemed to have not one, but MULTIPLE well-constructed dining spaces each with their own vibe... walking in you had almost 4+ options to choose from! The event planner within me was wishing I lived in München so I could take advantage of all of their third place options and host all kinds of parties, showers, and special occasions here.

If you have been brainwashed to think German food is just sausages, pretzels, and beer, and therefore aren’t excited about eating it, THIS is the place to go to right all misunderstanding.
