The ELEVATOR PITCH
The humility of this little shop just captures my heart. She’s not in the heart of New York, she’s not your everyone-knows-the-name Milk Bar or Magnolia Bakery or Supermoon Bakehouse. She doesn’t have a website, and barely has a social media game. She’s not trying to be anything but genuine, and she doesn’t want anything but to take care of those who give her some of their time.
So don’t judge her by her cover. The large, bold, green “COFFEE” that slices across her front windows may come off as shady and accosting to an innocent passerby’s line of vision, but she’s got an interior aesthetic that will keep you for a while. There’s a harmony between the wood and industrial elements that you don’t get to experience just anywhere. The wood in the flooring continues onto the wall and permeates into the chairs in a way that allows the steel tables and racks to play the role of “tasteful accents” versus “abrasive abandoned factory industrial” (I am totally not fangirling, you are!).
To recap, Little Flower Café may be the very definition of having a coconut personality. At surface level, she can come across as cold and standoffish, until you really get to know her and she’s quite the softy and you’ll find yourself wanting to be in her company all the time (especially with those menu offerings!).

Miss Turmeric Bun has quite the head of crispy caramelized brioche hair and a lather of moisturizing cream cheese frosting. Her personality can be described more accurately as a morning bun that went to the tanning bed; there’s a strong sweet-roll vibe with not much turmeric flavor. (rating: 6.5/10)

Sir Avocado Toast is a hunk of sourdough with the most dashing & refreshing hairdo of dressed sprouts. He’s a lot in one bite, but you can handle him. One encounter and he’ll make an impression your taste buds won’t forget! (rating: 8/10)
Lady Firni’s the talk of the town, and for good reason! She’s got the charisma that will send every person running to experience her silky smooth cardamom custard voice paired with her stunning visage of pistachio-rose sugar and iconic pillowy brioche figure. (rating: 9.5/10)
